|Recommended: YesHappily Surprised — This is my first apartment, and I am thoroughly surprised by how spacious the place is. Everything in the unit works with no problems and everything is clean. I will say I was under the impression that there would only be a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a oven stove as the only pieces of appliances and furniture in the unit. I purchased many pieces of furniture assuming there would be nothing else, and to my surprise there were mattresses and frames and a dresser and built in desks. I found this to be an inconvenience and it added some unnecessary stress on my move in day. I am dissatisfied with the lack of announcement that these would be in the unit. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with this apartment.
Thanks for your kind review. Our apologies for the furnishings in your room. This was put in for the prior residents and it had not been removed in the event that you might enjoy the furnishings. You should haven been notified about this but clearly you were not.

|Recommended: YesProperty in need of some repairs, but great service resources. — Pretty good, lots of amenities, the apartments are quite old and some parts should be replaced, but the timeliness and quality of help from the maintenance and property staff is great. Overall good experience.

|Recommended: YesRoom had flaws when we got here, but they were fixed in good itme — Upon first arrival, our apartment looked like it might not have been inspected. The toilet seat was scuffed and old , a bed and bedframe had been left in one of the bedrooms, and the shower was moldy. HOWEVER - once we contacted maintenance, they fixed these issues in a timely manner and the apartment has since been cleaned up nicely. The apartment itself is cozy and a very good fit for two people, and the provided WiFi is speedy.

|Recommended: YesVery Good for the Price — This is a cozy and fairly well-designed apartment, with a good amount of natural lighting and a spacious living room. My only qualms are that the walls are quite thin, and our kitchen outlets will short-circuit if too many appliances are running at the same time.
|Recommended: YesSome pros and cons. — Pegsus' kitchen is too loud, and so do the machings on the south side of the building. Lightning is not very well but acceptable. Laundry is unsatisfing, expensive and dirty. Other than that it's is a relatively nice place to live, nice location, resturant near, quiet bedrooms, and intermediate price.
